This is a frozen water fall in Lake Louise, Canada. There are people hiking on the water fall.
Formal Matters – discuss the composition, line quality, color, placement in space
The water fall is very pretty with the white of the snow and blue of the ice that you can see.
The Story It Tells – Does the photo tell a story? Try naming the photo with a simple noun. The
One of my roommates friends thats from switzerland gave my roommate and I a tour of Lake Louise. We had to walk about half a mile around a frozen lake to see the water fall. The water fall is coming from the side of a mountain. I would name it the giant frozen waterfall.
Work in the World - How does the photo connect to Joseph Mallord William Turner’s drawings and paintings? (You may need to look up images of this artist on the Internet to be able to make a thorough comparison.) It relates to his work because its in an odd place but its not as colorful as his paintings
